I’m building VerifyBot – a WhatsApp identity verification tool for Nigerian businesses (NIN, BVN, SIM swap checks). I am a non‑technical founder learning tech/AI. I can only build this using Jelou Brain Studio’s in‑built AI agent. Manual drag‑and‑drop guidance to add features is too tasky and difficult for me right now – I rely on the AI agent to build workflows from prompts.
Where I currently stand
I have already built a partial workflow using the AI agent. My bot currently does:
User role selection (business/individual / SIM user)
Business onboarding (business name, type, contact, email)
Consent capture and terms acceptance
Collection of NIN/BVN numbers (basic validation)
A “Temporary system error” message when it tries to call the verification API (because I have not yet connected any third‑party API)
My next step: Integrate third‑party APIs (Prembly, Dojah, or IdentityPass) for real NIN, BVN, and SIM swap verification.
What I want to add on top of what I already have: biometrics, document capture, video KYC, OTP, AML screening, webhooks, white‑label, multi‑language, address verification, and WhatsApp Flows.
My concern: I do not want to break or lose my existing workflow when I add these new features. How do I instruct the AI agent to add to my existing build rather than start over? Can I open my existing project in Brain Studio and simply tell the AI agent, “add a biometric verification step before the API call,” without disrupting what already works?

Can you confirm the exact per‑stage cost for each completed step of the Biometrics Agent (liveness check, document verification, facial comparison) after the 5 free attempts are used? Also, what is the all‑in‑cost for a billable conversation (currently documented as $0.20 USD) when biometric steps are included? Does that $0.20 cover the entire identity verification session, or are biometric verifications billed on top of the conversation cost?

What is the most cost‑effective plan for me, a solo, non‑technical builder, building a single project, to access the KYC features and webhooks I need?

Please help me understand the correct way to prompt Brain Studio’s AI agent to add these features to my existing workflow without breaking what I have already built. If I need to use “Edit” mode on existing nodes or create new branches, please explain in simple, prompt‑based steps.

I am thinking of using a new prompt with the Brain Studio AI agent, where all the issues I raised are captured in my prompt build, and see if it will override the old workflow and give a new workflow.
I wouldn’t mind if a new conversational workflow is generated. I can find my way around API integrations; my concern is to make sure the solution captures almost all features raised, except for the features that Jelou does not currently have.
The features that need to be installed are that if I can get videos in English, I think I can manually do those. My biggest challenge is the lack of video tutorial resources in English.
